Inviting Ourselves Back to the Page w/ Peg Conway

If you can’t make it, you can still sign up, and we’ll send the recording after!

How do we return to the page after life interrupts our creative plans or following the adrenaline rollercoaster of publication? Rather than let the inner critic lament lost time, missed opportunities or lack of progress, a more helpful mindset is to recognize the cyclical nature of creativity and life. Each season has value and importance that we can discover by paying attention. With gardening as its central metaphor, this class will encourage a mindful, playful approach to creativity and present four strategies for nurturing expression to reconnect with the act of writing. It will include grounding practice and time to write.

Peg Conway is the author of The Art of Reassembly: A Memoir of Early Mother Loss and Aftergrief and a Healing Touch Certified Practitioner trained in the energetics of nervous system states.
